Job Summary:-
1.

Create specification library by extracting attribute data from engineering drawings
2.

Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for improvement by assessing health of data
3.

Collaborate with Engineering to on Cost out / VAVE opportunities related to part reuse and rationalization and VAVE
4.

Provide inputs to category managers on Global Procurement Share Point
5.

Partner with cross functional team/s to improve the accuracy of spend and engineering data
6.

Perform outlier analysis based on statistical methods (for ex-regression analysis) to find cost out opportunities
7.

Validate cost of the part by closely working with should cost COE and TCO within GSC COE
8.

Maintain and update Enovia part libraries as required at defined frequency
9.

Participate in governance meetings to review project status and health
10.

Additional advantage of having CAD tools knowledge for simple representative CAD model creation

Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management
2-4 years of experience from Manufacturing OR Engineering background or Supply Chain Management
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Reporting and Analytics – Should have good experience on data mining, data analysis, report preparation and presentation to project & leadership team
Hands on experience of using CAD tools (AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks) will be an added advantage
Should be able to read and interpret the engineering drawings Knowledge on supplier spend analysis and data analysis (automation tools)
